Is it bad...

that I drop my son off at preschool in my pajamas and slippers...
and then I pick him up after school in the same pajamas and slippers? Personally I am rather enjoying living in PJs. I say why the heck not!?
Probably not a good image to project to others, but I say life
is short. And I want mine to be comfy ; )

Evan's Early Golf Days

"Are you too good for your home?!"
Sorry. I had to throw in a Happy Gilmore movie quote here.
These are more pics from May 2004. Evan wasn't into using
golf clubs back then. He had a much more direct approach ; )

Buckethead Vol. 1

Tupperware is always a classic bucket choice for headwear ; )
Pictures from May 2004 (Evan 15 months)

Buckethead Vol. 2

This is a bolder bucket choice ; )
This is the popcorn bucket I brought home from the movie P.S. I Love You (Dec. 2007). Evan obviously found other uses for it other than holding popcorn.

Gray Hair Story

Markas was teasing me because I had paint in my hair (from painting Evan's playhouse). I said I know because when I saw it in the mirror I thought I had gotten my first gray hair. Being a smarty-pants, Markas said that he thought he had given that to me years ago. Evan hearing this converstion, proudly informs Markas...
"Daddy, I was your first gray hair."

Doing Man Stuff

I couldn't pass this up... it was a moment that had
to be recorded on film!
Father and son leaned over an engine.
Evan talking his Dad through each step of a
tune-up ; )

Evan teaching me all the various parts of an engine.
(I am being serious!)

My guys having fun doing "Man Stuff".

Rockin' the 'Hawk!

Evan got his first Mohawk tonight.
Technically it is a "faux-hawk" since the sides
of his head aren't shaved. Evan has been asking
for what he calls a "curly-hawk"
because he knows that his hair doesn't do that
'spikey thing' like most mohawks ; )
He is loving his new 'do!
